Hall information.

Layout & Size

There are two halls, separated by the kitchen area and toilet facilities (recently refurbished). The halls can be hired separately or as one unit.
Front Hall  -  11m x 7.5m (~83m2)
Rear Hall  -  12.5m x 7.5m (~94m2)
The front hall includes a stage of 5m x 2.5m, and includes fixed benches around the walls, providing useful extra seating but this does reduce slightly the useable floor area. 
The rear hall (12.5m  x 7.5m) is the larger room of the two.

Kitchen

The kitchen is in the middle of the building and serves both halls efficiently. 
There is a microwave, fridge, oven with timer, two sinks, rapid dishwasher, kettles, a filter coffee machine and a water heater for hot drinks.
There is a good supply of matching crockery and glasses. Cutlery and tablecloths are available too.

Furniture

A good selection of tables are available.
Six  x  1.8 meter
Twelve  x  1.5 meter
Eight  x  1.2 meter
Eight  x  1 meter children’s tables
These are stacked on wheeled trolleys so that they take up very little floor area if not needed.
100 adults can be seated on chairs and fixed seating around the walls of the front hall gives further flexibility. 
In addition, a large number of infant-sized chairs can be used with the small tables and are particularly useful for children's parties.

Accessibility

Less mobile users have access to the hall through specially adapted doors to the outside and an accessible toilet between the two halls. Cars can be parked very close to the hall.

Parking

There are good parking facilities at the Hall suitable for ~ 20cars. Additional parking can be arranged for larger events.

Ideal for giving presentations, watching movies or even streaming live events (3m x 2.2m).


New toilet facilities

New toilet facilities were installed in August 2022 to a very high standard. A great local plumber carried out the refresh. #supportlocalbusiness


Our little big Stage

The front hall includes a small stage (5m x 2.5m) perfect for live music & small theatrical productions.


Dishes, Done!

Our catering-grade dishwasher will wash and sterilise a full load in 3mins. Our cups, plates and cutlery are always clean & ready to go!


Loads of parking

We have enough space to park 20+ cars. The bays are unmarked, so your mileage may vary a little!


Beautiful location

St Arvans is located in the Wye Valley AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). Fields and forests surround us, yet it’s only 12mins by car to the M4 & M5 motorways at Bristol.
